Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided a place to sleep after the UT game at a very reasonable price. The rooms were small and not the cleanest but were sufficient for our needs. The service was kind and accommodating, although not very informative during check-in. The location allowed for a walk to town in about 20 minutes, but the surroundings seemed a bit sketchy. The dining options were not free and lacked variety. Overall, the facilities were adequate but not exceptional.
The hotel seemed like a good choice due to its location providing easy access to the University of Tennessee and downtown Knoxville. The rooms were small and not the cleanest, and unfortunately, the high price tag didn't match the overall experience. The service was pleasant but seemed overpriced as noted during my stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quiet and furnished well, but they are in serious need of renovation. The service was friendly and inviting, although the location seemed a bit sketchy. The dining experience was below average, with limited options at a cost. However, the hotel provides easy access to the University of Tennessee and downtown Knoxville.
The hotel's location was convenient, close to downtown, and offered free parking. The rooms, however, lacked the advertised refrigerator and had issues with the bedside lamp. The dining experience was average, with paid breakfast options, but the staff was friendly and the facility was good.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the great view. However, it was small and not the cleanest. Despite the positive aspects, I found it to be the most expensive stay I've had, and I don't think it's worth the money for a future visit.
